WHAT IS A KITECHILA?

Our brand kitechila is the combination of two words: kite (specifically a kiteboarding kite) + chila (from "mochila", a type of shoulder bag commonly used in Latin America by men and women for carrying personal items such as phone, wallet, keys, etc.).

Kitechilas are unisex shoulder bags made from recycled kiteboarding kite fabric, which is light, strong, durable, and usually has cool graphics and colors.

Each bag is a collectible piece of art: one-of-a-kind and carefully hand-made in Miami Beach, FL.
